Practice Members:  
Only CNM/CMs may represent practices at SDN meetings. Each practice
member may send one representative (generally the director of the
practice) to the SDN meetings, as long as the representative is both a
CNM/CM and an active member of ACNM.

Individual Members:
Must also be a CNM/CM who is an active member of ACNM. In addition,
this midwife must also have been a director of a midwifery practice for a
minimum of three years.

Membership Fees:
Annual Membership is from January 1st to December 31st.  The annual
individual or practice membership dues are $35.00, and will include a
username and password that will allow you to access a member’s only
area of the SDN website.  All membership renewals must be received by
January 31st of each calendar year.  If your annual membership fee is not
received by the deadline, your member only access will be terminated.
